OUR PROGRAMS

At Poppy Preschool, we nurture children’s growth from their very first steps into early learning through their transition to kindergarten. Our play-based, cooperative programs serve children 12 months to 5 years old, with each class designed to meet the unique needs of every stage of development.

Playcare is a service we provide for parents working in the classroom, who have older or younger children who need care. Playcare is held two times a month during the Seeds and Sprouts classes. Playcare is charged a flat rate for the class.

Stay & Play

Stay & Play is offered to a limited number of Sprouts Class families who would benefit from an extra hour of preschool play after regular class has ended. Enrollment is first-come, first-served based on interest. More information, including tuition, will be provided at the parent orientation meeting.

DCCNS (now Poppy) is a wonderful preschool filled with happy children and warm creative teachers. My children were taught valuable lessons about cooperative play, creativity, independence and kindness all while singing songs, dancing, painting, building, reading and skipping around the playground. I made just as many friends as my kids did while working in the classroom and I am forever grateful for our enriching, rewarding and fun time there.
